At MCSnet, we’re not just about bringing fast internet to rural communities – we’re about investing in the future of those communities. That’s why we’re a proud Bronze Clover Sponsor of 4-H Alberta, an organization that inspires and empowers young leaders in agriculture.
Why We Believe in 4-H Alberta
4-H Alberta shares our core values: knowledge, innovation, and a strong commitment to building leadership skills that will last a lifetime. We both have deep roots in our local communities and a ‘learn by doing’ approach that gets things done. That kind of alignment makes our partnership a natural fit.
The Power of Storytelling: The 4-H Alberta Agri-Tale Contest
From December 2023 to March 2024, we sponsored the exciting Agri-Tale Contest. This incredible opportunity let young agricultural enthusiasts share the stories of their 4-H projects. With photos, videos, and short descriptions, they documented the ups and downs, the challenges and triumphs of their agricultural journeys.
The Agri-Tale Contest wasn’t just about showcasing projects; it was about developing communication skills, fostering a connection within a supportive community, and giving youth a chance to compete for amazing cash prizes.
