Your Role:

As our Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for signing up new customers, booking installations, answering customer inquiries over the phone and in person, creating invoices for charges or credits, calling overdue accounts, maintaining communication with installers and new customers, and maintaining an efficient schedule by prioritizing jobs.

We are seeking a creative mind who is dedicated to lifelong learning. You are a skilled problem-solver with previous experience providing exceptional customer service. To complement this, you will have intermediate level computer knowledge including demonstrated proficiency in Google and internet applications. You will also have well-developed interpersonal skills that enable you to work collaboratively as a team.

As our next Tech Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice and expert mind that keeps our customers and installers connected, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everyone has a seamless online experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Technical Troubleshooter: You'll be the first line of defense for our customers and installers, diagnosing technical issues with precision and guiding them to swift solutions. Think of yourself as a digital detective, uncovering problems and providing clear, concise answers.

Customer Call Centre Specialist: You'll listen, understand, and then recommend the perfect MCSnet products and services to meet their needs. You'll master our CRM tools while keeping conversations flowing smoothly.

Network Navigator: You'll help maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Team Player Extraordinaire: You'll collaborate with your fellow tech enthusiasts, tackling complex issues together and sharing your knowledge to make our team even stronger.

Safety Champion: We're big on safety, so you'll ensure proper procedures are followed and help foster a safety-first culture.

After Hours Support: You'll be available to our customers on weekends and evenings, when they need support the most.
