Eligibility: This contest is open to female legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Lisa Roper Outdoors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
Entry Period: The contest begins on December 6, 2024 at 00:00:01 and ends on January 9, 2025 at 23:59:59. Entries submitted after the end date/time will not be considered.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Visit mcsnet.ca/ultimate-ladies-on-ice-giveaway/ and complete the entry form. Entrants can also choose to mail in an entry form or drop off entries at the MCSnet head office at P.O. Box 98, 4810 50 Avenue, St. Paul, Alberta, T0A 3A0. A physical entry form that is mailed or dropped off must be completed with first/last name, mailing address, phone number, email address and a short description of themselves along with who they would bring with them if they won. Limit one entry per person per day.
Prize: The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the 4th Annual Lisa Roper’s Ladies on Ice Fishing Adventure on March 8-9, 2025 on Lac La Biche Lake, Alberta, two (2) nights accommodation for March 7 & 8, 2025 at the BCMInns in Lac La Biche, Alberta, meals for the weekend, $100 gas card, and a prize package for two from prize sponsors. All fishing gear needed for the weekend is supplied at the event (but you may bring your own if you have it). Transportation to and from the event location will be the responsibility of the winner and guest. Some additional expenses may be at the cost and responsibility to the winner. While the prize is described as accurately as possible, there might be slight variations in the final prize package due to factors beyond our control.
Selection of Winner: Five (5) finalists will be selected from all eligible entries received by the end date. The finalists will be notified via phone and must respond within 72 hours with a short video between 30-90 seconds speaking to why they should be selected as the winner. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize. Lisa Roper Outdoors will choose the winner from the panel of finalist videos. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Lisa Roper Outdoors and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the contest.
General Conditions: Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Lisa Roper Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Lisa Roper Outdoors in its sole discretion.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
