  2. Login using your MCSnet email and password

How do I create an account?
  • Click on this link or type it into your browser: https://identity.mcsnet.ca/res/.
  • Enter the email address we have on your account.
  • Select ‘Forgot password’ to have a password reset link sent to your email.
  • A password reset link has been emailed to you—check your email inbox.
  • Open the email and click on the link to create a password.
  • Enter a new password that is a minimum of 8 characters long. Enter the same password again to confirm.
  • Your password has been created and you have been redirected to the login page. Type your password in one more time to log in.
How do I make a bill payment?
  • From the Main Menu on the left, select the ‘Billing’ tab.
  • The ‘My Balance’ section: Find out what is past due, what is coming due on the 1st of the next month, the last time a payment was made through the ‘My Account’ and if that payment was successful.
  • To make a payment: Select ‘PAY NOW’.
  • Click inside the ‘Payment Amount’ field and enter the amount you want to pay. Select ‘PAY’. This may take a few moments to process.
  • Check the ‘Status’ to see if your payment was successful or if it failed. If your payment failed, try re-entering your card and selecting ‘PAY’ again. If you are still unsuccessful, please call MCSnet at 1-866-390-3928 x 1.
How do I add an electronic fund transfer (EFT) or pre-authorized debit (PAD) on my MCSnet My Account?
  • Select the ‘Billing’ tab from the side menu.
  • Select ‘ADD EFT/PAD’ from the ‘EFT / Card’ section.
  • Select ‘UPLOAD VOID CHEQUE’ from the ‘EFT / Card’ section
  • Select ‘CHOOSE PHOTO’ to upload a photo of a void cheque or pre-authorized debit form from your bank.
    • Computer Version: File will need to be saved as a jpeg/jpg on your computer.
    • Mobile Version: You can take a picture of the cheque or PAD and upload it.
  • Select the jpeg/jpg file and click ‘Open’.
  • Notice that the ‘CHOOSE PHOTO’ button has turned green—this means that your upload was successful. Click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
  • Your new banking information will not appear until the photo has been reviewed and your account updated. This can take up to 24 hours.
  • Now that the photo has been reviewed and the account has been updated, your new banking information appears on your MCSnet MyAccount.
How do I add a credit card?
  • Select the ‘Billing’ tab from the side menu.
  • Select ‘ADD CARD’ from the ‘EFT / Card’ section.
  • Click on Name on Card. Type your name exactly as it appears on your card – then click on ‘Next’.
  • Enter your Card Number, Expiration Date (MMYY), and CVV2 (the 3 numbers on the back of your card). Click on ‘ADD CARD’.
  • Your credit card has been added successfully!
How do I change my name on my MCSnet My Account?
  • When you log into your MCSnet My Account, the contract will be the first thing you see. If not, confirm you are in the correct account.
  • Select the name you want to change and delete it.
  • Enter the new name—make sure it is your actual legal name. (No nicknames or preferred names. It should be what is on your birth certificate.)
  • Select ‘CLICK HERE TO SIGN’.
  • Sign in the white box. If you make a mistake, you can select ‘BACK’ or ‘CLEAR’.
  • Review and make sure that the name on the contract has been changed to your new name
  • You’re done! Select the ‘download’ or ‘print’ icon to save a copy for your records.
  • You are now ready to upload any documents you have been asked to submit.
