Official Contest Rules and Regulations:
Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of Alberta and Saskatchewan who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
Entry Period
The contest begins on November 12, 2023 at 00:00:01 and ends on November 25, 2023 at 23:59:59. Entries submitted after the end date/time will not be considered.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Visit mcsnet.ca/contests and complete the entry form. Limit one entry per person per day.
Prize
The prize consists of an ice fishing trip in Alberta with Brett Kissel and the Backwoods Backstage crew. Prize includes all fishing equipment, refreshments, and meals. Transportation to and from the location, accommodations, and other expenses will be provided where necessary. Some expenses may be at the cost and responsibility to the winner. These will be stated upon presentation of the prize.
Selection of Winner
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end date. The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond in the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the contest.
General Conditions
Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest as determined by Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage in its sole discretion.
Personal Information
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage for the purpose of administering the contest and, if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with marketing information from Lemalu Holdings Ltd. O/A MCSnet and Backwoods Backstage. Entrants can opt-out at any time.
Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Disclaimer: Ice fishing carries inherent risks. The winner must sign a liability waiver before participating in the ice fishing trip.
