The St. Paul Visual Arts Centre started as a gathering of local potters, painters, weavers, and photographers and grew into what is recognized as Alberta’s first rural art gallery. It is still run today by volunteers on the St. Paul Visual Arts Committee, with a pottery studio on the lower level and a combined gallery and glass fusion studio upstairs. The centre runs classes for teens, youth, and adults, and hosts art exhibits and shows through the year, with the gallery open to the public weekly to view or buy work.
