Paradise Valley is a small village east of Highway 897, about 37 km south of Kitscoty, in the County of Vermilion River, with roughly 150 residents. The village was once home to six grain elevators along the rail line; the last one still stands, now converted into the Climb Thru Time Museum. Paradise Valley also hosts the annual Three Cities Fair together with the nearby hamlets of McLaughlin and Rivercourse, and its facilities include a K-12 school, an arena, and a curling rink alongside the museum.
