Updates on COVID-19

MCSnet has been closely following the global situation in regards to COVID-19 and its potential impacts closer to home. We want you to know that the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and our communities is our top priority.

Health authorities have stated that the risk in Alberta is low at this time, however, we are taking precautions to safeguard the health and safety of our employees and the public. The situation around COVID-19 is changing rapidly. We continue to monitor updates from Alberta Health Services (https://www.alberta.ca/coronavirus-info-for-albertans.aspx), and will continue to be diligent in following their direction and, when in doubt, we will err on the side of caution.

All of our offices will be closed to the public until further notice. Our office staff will be continuing their regular duties from home and will be able to assist you with your customer service and technical support inquiries. Our infrastructure and service crew will continue working to keep your internet up and running.

We remain open for business and we are ready and able to work in a fully remote environment. Our team has access to all of the needed systems, tools, and resources we need to continue to support each other and our customers. We will continue to provide further updates if and as the situation changes.
