Even though we are not announcing a sweeping statement about waiving overage charges for your internet services, you can rest assured that MCSnet will work with each of our customers to meet their needs and remain flexible to those who are facing financial challenges due to COVID-19.
You rely on your internet services to keep you connected to work, to school, and to loved ones, and we ensure you that our network is able to keep up with the demand, even with the increase in bandwidth needs.
The best way to keep track of your usage is by logging into My Account at mcsnet.ca. Log in using your MCSnet credentials and click on “dashboard”. If you are on your cell phone, you can save this page to your home screen on your phone to keep constant access.
If you are close to reaching your traffic limit for the month and there are still a number of days left, you can upgrade to the next level through My Account or contact Customer Service at 1-866-390-3928. We will remain flexible to your needs.
